Our ability to manage organizations’ technology comprised of multiple and diverse business and organizational units, mainframe and distributed systems databases, multiple servers, web systems, and business applications; develop section budget, and monitor expenditures and resources; handle multiple competing priorities and sensitive situations; and apply problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision making skills.
Our qualifications include many decades of experience effectively managing and streamlining enterprises of both distributed and centralized IT landscapes to meet the business needs of any type of organization. Example:
In October of 1999, Mr. Plesco was hired as a third party consultant and successfully managed the North American Walk-in-Take-over (WITO) of Ford Motor Company’s global enterprise network on behalf of a Hewlett Packard 3 year $20M contract in order to meet Y2k deadlines (which had previously not been accomplished by Compuware.) The WITO challenge proved formidable in that the Ford Motor Company’s global enterprise was diverse both in organizational complexity as well as system architectures. Within 18 months, Mr. Plesco helped HP staff up a team of over 80 IT resources; deciphered the file/print, web, business, and engineering system complexities, developed change management and service operations processes, and created a lean budget to fulfill the contract’s requirements. My skills in diplomatic conflict resolution and decisive decision making capabilities have consistently been recognized in my performance in various
organizations.

…We have the exceptional ability to apply information systems techniques and principles including analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance, documentation, and training procedures and practices; project management principles; resource allocation; and budget practices, techniques, and principals.

Over the past 20 years experience, Business Continuity Pro has developed and utilized a self made conceptual matrix to convert strategic (long term business) and tactical (operational) processes into management portfolios of services and assets. These processes address the management of availability, information security, capacity, service continuity, service level agreements, awareness, and catalogs. Each of these portfolios included analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance, documentation, and training which include a mindset on budget and principals of the organization.
Business Continuity Pro has an extensive background in service level management.   We understand and are sensitive to the complexities within the trenches of IT up to the upper echelons of corporate and executive levels while designing an SLA framework. Identifying SLA objectives requires Q&A at all levels (most especially line level management) while remaining sensitive to customer satisfaction and service review. Consensus building is also a forte’ and we are excellent communicators and believe in not only reporting achievements but including
everyone involved as victors and contributors.  We look forward to hearing from you!
